Welcome to HiDeliver. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our delivery services, web platform, and mobile app (collectively, the “Services”). By using HiDeliver, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Serve

HiDeliver provides commercial delivery solutions to businesses located within Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach counties in Florida. Our services include on-demand, scheduled, and specialized deliveries for parcels and pallets.

2. Account & Service Use

To access our services, you must register for a HiDeliver account and provide accurate, up-to-date business information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

By using HiDeliver, you represent that you are authorized to act on behalf of the business entity for which you are requesting services.

3. Placing Orders

Orders may be placed through our web platform or mobile app. To process a delivery, we require the following:
– Pickup and drop-off information
– Parcel or pallet type and dimensions
– Service type (on-demand or scheduled)
– Special handling needs (e.g., temperature control)

All information provided must be accurate and complete.

4. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is calculated based on delivery distance, delivery type, and service features. You agree to pay all fees associated with your orders as shown at the time of booking.

HiDeliver may use third-party payment processors. All payments must be made electronically.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel a delivery prior to driver’s dispatch for a full refund. Cancellations after dispatch may incur a partial fee.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with our Cancellation Policy.

6. Limitations of Liability

HiDeliver is not liable for:
– Loss or damage due to inaccurate order information
– Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party interference
– Indirect or consequential damages

Our liability is limited to the direct cost of the delivery service.

7. Prohibited Items

You agree not to use HiDeliver to transport items that are:
– Illegal or restricted by law
– Hazardous, flammable, or perishable beyond transport tolerance
– Valuables exceeding declared limits without written agreement

HiDeliver reserves the right to refuse delivery at any time.

8. Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services at any time. We may also terminate or suspend accounts for any violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
